I find subway and pollo loco to be the healthiest fast food restaurants

Eat fresh.

Chipotle is pretty good too. Or baja fresh.

Subway is actually one of the un- healthiest due to the massive quantities of salt in the bread but props for making sweeping statements without doing any research whatsoever into it.

Subway and their diet sandwiches. Who remembers that jacked up triangle cut they used to make in the bread?
-
It's the frying pan or the fire. Do you want 1500mg of sodium or shitloads of saturated fats? High blood pressure or heart disease?

I sometimes feel like subway employees are wiping their asses with the lettuce. Ive been to quite a few in my travels...there is just someething off with their food. I've had friends that swear they've got food poisoning from subways before.
Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes all the way.

Choosing a a subway sandwich over a Big Mac is kind of like jumping out of the window on the 30th floor instead of the 40th. Like what has been mentioned they truly had/have great marketing.

And here's me thinking food measured by the foot was the way forward...

Subway. Complete shit. They try and fool you your eating healthy when your not. Just cause something is garnished with a little salad it's not classed as healthy. I agree. Great marketing on their part. I bought a salad. Tasted like chemicals. Told that the sanitisor was safe to digest. Didn't see it on the menu though....
