Now im not one to jump to conclusion, also we must keep in mind this is a game, but many ppl around here in Montreal have problemes whit this guy : ticoune.
I was ask to create a vendeta against him or i would get abused of to. I was wrong to wait. He is feeding off alot of ppl and created alot of frustration . I humbly ask for help/advice on the matter!

You've started to give us info on him, what about mob size for ticoune, yourself, and the players who asked you to set up this vendetta, are they also going to be in the vendetta. What has he done to create "frustration"?
