I'm hopping out of his place ad in the process tool a capo, I was leaving but then he caps my turf, I explain to him and he caps more turf, Ik I have more mob but I just got out of -800M and can't afford good weapons. Any help is good

Sorry for all the typos, lolzz just north of Philly won't stop capping me and when I ask him to stop he says it's because he vants capo 24/7 and won't let me hop. He says it's part of the game and I say so are vendettas so I want to be able to safly hop through and it seems like a v is the only way

Apparently he took a capo while hopping and the former capo couldn't handle losing it for all of ten minutes.
