Are you capping them to replace them? If you help, for example, player Sam remove his capo so that Same can become capo, then you have to cap Sam because he us the capo. Once they next player becomes capo you have to cap him. You'll have to keep doing this until you are the only one left - then you'll have to cap yourself!
