Please help me, I'm getting picked on by a level 104 and I'm only level 34. I can't beat the person, lucky Lucianoe. Please help..!

Can't offer assistance but I will say stay out of range, keep your influence less than 10% of thiers, and start mobbing up. They're a slow puncher a year ago they oy had 3k so sit down for like 20min to a hour each day and you'll pass em in no time n be able to cap em out
OH AND STOP LEVELING UP
the more you level up the less % is needed to cap you. Right now you should still be protected by the 10% rule so just stay at your lvl mob up and stay out of range from them and again keep less than 10% of thier total influence which would be 2,424 so right now you're good.

Good advice, except she's at level 35. That means anyone trying to cap her needs > 6%, not 10%.

No, it gradually goes from 10% at level 25 to being gone at level 50.

I know at lvl 50 it's gone hell I've seen some at lvl 48 be at 0% but I said 10% cuz I've ran into a few ppl at like 37 that still had the 10% protecting them. Is it based upon influence or mob cuz it's not the same for everyone

Not that I've heard. So far, everyone I've seen at the different levels has matched. For example, different people at level 38 have all said > 5%.
