My problem is that he is constantly attacking and im loosing about 200K everytime so i'm looking for any help I can get.

I'll help. Here's what you do: get rid of all the weapons that require upkeep: Tommys, Lapuas, RPGs, everyone. Get rid of the body armor too. Buy grenades and vests so there is not upkeep costs to tax your cash.

Next, join a code site like turfwars.info and spend a couple of days punching codes. Next thing you know, you'll have a mob big enough to kick this fool's ass and plenty of cash to build more turfs.

OTB is right. At your level you should have a much bigger mob. I'm lvl 45 with about 2k mob and even I should have a bigger mob to really be competitive. Stop levelling, punch codes, and switch to shanks/vests/galesis/grenades,one each per mob. I think we all struggle with the temptation to level fast... I know I do. But if you're up into the 40's with less than 1k mob, you're just plain doing it wrong.
