Can someone help me a guy called Agent75 repeatedly attacks me and took over 20 turf of mine need help
from a mob of over 9500

From a quick check of your turf lists, it looks like you've had 9 capped, but over time. It looks like he was working on getting the capos. Here's the breakdown:
North Ayrshire - 5 capped: 1 in June, 1 in August, 1 on Sep 12, & 2 yesterday.
Ardrossan - 4 capped: 3 from June & 1 on Sept 12.

Either you are exaggerating or you need to provide more details about what other cities he has capped you in.

I had some turf from cosmo6504 who is my brother and he took them as well

It looks like he went for the capos. You weren't the only person he took turf from to get them. It doesn't look like he did any excessive capping though (at least not in those cities - I didn't check them all).

I suggest building your turf in other cities (or expect to be capped if you take the capo from him) & calling it good. Then mob up with the goal of taking it back one day.
