What's he doing? You have more mob, add armor for each member. Read the "How to arm your mob" thread in Help and Strategy.

Do not help him. He capped 10 of my turfs already and is afraid that someone with less mob is a threat.

you have more mob and much higher influence. If you arm you mob properly you should be mopping the floor with him
