Ok i "lied" apparently, and said i was sorry dozens of times, yet i am still being attacked by warlord, brakeall, and punkass, even tho they said they would stop attacking me if i disbanded my old vendetta(which i did), but they lied so i could be an easier target, now i need help fast!

Most of this guys turfs are taken. It's sad how you think you can cap everyone around you and not expect a retaliation.
