I need help taking over a turf in Hollywood Florida he doesn't play anymore but I keep on losing to him

You don't want to cap a person who is inactive since their turf in the area will still affect how much money is earned in that location.

Read the damn sticky. You can't cap turfs with a V, and even if you could it would ruin the incomes of other turfs in the area. Plus, mob up or buy weapons if you really want the turf.
