The more pertenant description of your situation will allow those of us who wish to help know where to go. We should not need to dig thru your wall posts or check all your turf to try to locate the offending party. Thank you.

As an example - You have 3 Tommy guns, upkeep is $2,250 & gives you 36 defense points. For about the same upkeep costs ($2,200) you can get 11 Body Armor and your defense is 165. Seeing the numbers put out like this shows where your $ is best spent.
