Why you ask? If you have less than 1000 members and you been attack by sumone your own size but can't afford weapons or whatever let me know. I won't attack that person you will. Being in my Vandetta you'll win.
Before you respond you gotta live in California. O and the person that you want a Vandetta against will be accepted by me.
