Anyone here from Korea? I need some help!! Also how far away can you be to helpful in a V?

To help in a vendetta you need to be located or have turf within 1,000 miles of the person/turf you'd be attacking/help attack.

Thanks. For some reason I had 3000 miles stuck in my head.
Sooooo anyone able or willing to help. I'll share details and the reasons for a V by I fear it would be a waste since not many would be in the area.
