He has a 3.3k mob average gear.
He bullies and caps 1k mobs completely out of their cities. He did it to me 5 wks ago...
My mob is 3.1k mostly lapuas, mini guns, and Tommy guns, and body armor. Julito is 1k low to average wpns.

We are, I just got up to 3 k yesterday, but he just recruited a near 5k for his V... He only fights 1k mobs
