From his comments it looks like he capped a (1) turf from The Mayer. (I have no idea why it's mayer & not mayor.) Their mob sizes are pretty close but Troy has better weapons, so it appears The Mayer decided to start a V.

Troy, you have to ask people to join your V. They can't invite you to theirs because 1) you can only be in 1 V at a time & 2) that wouldn't make any sense.
