Seems like all the people who have been playing for a while are all friendly. Making it harder for newer players like me to make ally's. I'm not interested in being hostile. But it would be nice to know I have backup when needed.

Really? You told people fromTW where you live? Most people have an alley, rather than an ally near their house. Beware meeting a dark ally in a dark alley though, just in case.
