Please help! He has taken 15-20 of my turf in the space of 2 days

What's the story, have u capped or attacked him first,have u asked to stop nicely and made agreement? Contacted capo ? Do u have enough money to move turf away, or are u over turf limit?

Haven't touched any of his turf as he has like 3 times my mob size, also asked him to stop. Can anyone help?
