What he is trying to say is the game's combat system is built on mob numbers and weapons. Look at my vendetta, for example. Me and my pals have roughly 24000 mob among the four of us. There are mobsters out there that have 20000 mob by themselves. How can your 600 mob compete against the Old Generation mobsters you are aiming for? You are going to wind up being destroyed if you try to take on people bigger than you.

Instead, you should visit the help forums and read up on the game. After that, you need to go to the code sites and punch codes to grow your mobs before you think about grand alliances like this.

Also, you could find a big mobster in your area and ask them to help teach you the game.
