In my defense on this. I was not attacking him till the car bombs started coming, he keeps begging me for help against another 600 mob player and I had taken turf down long ago to let him grow. Since e attacks and bombs have returned and a v started, I am taxing his turf

Well defended bow. Small, you have one turf, too many upkeep weapons you can't afford, and have attacked a guy who has 5x your mob because he wouldn't help you. Now you have two enemies and are placed in a hopeless situation. Bow seems reasonable, and the more you expand, the more money you will bring him in turf income. Why do you not speak to him and come to an agreement? Your only alternative is extinction.
