I have lost 5 turfs to some guy that attacks me 7 times every 3 hours, all I can do is try to defend myself as much as I can...he is lvl 30-35

You have more mob than him. Buy weapons

Simple as that Real. Than you can attack him and see how he likes it. Buy a weapon and armor to equip your whole mob. When your done doing that and he cries for mercy, whack him a few more times then go to the forums and read up on the game.
