He's right chained. It is very simple. I started three weeks ago and am right at 3000. I would suggest you start right now and check his weapons and plan accordingly for next week when you will pass him. Also you might want to delete this thread so it will be a surprise that you are planning this.

He had turfs capped by that other guy from a few months ago. His story sounded legit that he really needed help. I even messaged the guy asking why he was taking his turfs.
