TWC was established in Northern Ontario, Canada around 2011.

Given the area we are from, despite being around for a long time, we have mostly kept to ourselves. Monitoring our local areas and protecting inactives. Recently we've decided to recruit new members and expand our reach, albeit casually. There are no requirements to join. Ideally, applicants will be based in North America, but we're open to other locations. Preferably near airports, as we would like to be able to assist our family members on the map where and whenever necessary. With that said, we are a small group with limited ties. So do not expect to pick a fight and have the family fight for you. We will gladly help mediate and remedy situations but instigators will be dealt with accordingly.

Occasional activity in either the game/forums/chats will ensure you remain part of the family. I wont be babysitting or harassing people to play, but will once in a while clean up the list if it ever gets too full.
