This hot weather is bad for the Yawn movement, there we were having put away all our summer bedding when holy bakers! It gets all hot and sweaty again, I've had to start wearing my pyjamas with the cut off legs again!

Can I join

this warm spell is confusing. It’s thrown my well-rehearsed duvet tog strategy entirely out of the window. I may even decide to jack it all in and erect a hammock.

Trouble with hammocks is its difficult to find a couple of palm trees you can tie them to, well not in Scunthorpe anyway.Ultraviolet wrote:

Ha! Just come back from a big car boot sale and guess what? This guy had 5 new beds out on the field, it was tempting I can tell you, lol.
-
Did you jump from bed to bed like a pikey version of "Total Wipeout"?
Or see if they'd all fit together like some monster superking Shaq type bed?

You've a vivid imagination there Charlie, lol, but no I didn't do any of those things, althougth I did think if I bought them all I could make my bedroom one big mattress!!.Did you jump from bed to bed like a pikey version of "Total Wipeout"?

Maybe slide down the stairs on one, like a makeshift toboggan. same as Anne Hathaway in Princess Diaries 2.
-
Stairs?? No we don't have those contraptions in this movement, we who are overseeing Yawneth buy bungalows, that way we are quicker to bed.
-
Ahhhh I see.
Although I have stairs, I do have a stanna stairlift so I can have a cheeky kip on the way up to bed.
Optimising the napability of any situation.
-
Fantastic! It's a bit like sometimes I squirt motor oil on the floor tiles so I can slide into bed quicker!
-
Like Tom Cruise in that movie I've forgotten the name off.
-
Well there is a slight resemblance :-)

Wow the Yawn movement has done well. I remember the humble beginnings when it was just BC a few others and me. Then belial tried joining like he does with every other alliance. but we saw thru his half baked ways. Brings a smiley yawn to my face to see how far we have come.
May the Yawn be with you all!!! -

Post 1,000........
After all that celebrating, I'm off to bed.
-
Too excited to sleep so we are going to have a slumber party, where's Big Cat? He should be guest of honour, after all without his commitment to our Yawn movement we wouldn't be here, so common let's break out the hot chocolate and toast Yawn!!!!
