Anybody tried Camp coffee? This is a coffee flavoured drink made from chicory, it's great before bedtime as it contains no caffeine, I add it to milk for a perfect nights sleep, plus it has health benefits.

If you read the other thread about suggestions for holidays, you will have heard me mention the fish shop in Cleethorpes run by the owner fishy Frannie, this is worth a mention because she has a secret sleep remedy that I winkled out of her, apparently if you rub vinegar behind your ears, apply salt to your forehead, and drink a pint of batter you will sleep immediately, sounds a bit fishy to me, worth a try though.
