I'm a lvl 26 capo getting messed w/ Scott Lynch a lvl 65(?) who keeps forcing me to relocate turfs by forcing me to pay protection. Can some1 plz get him for me.

influence means nothing when it comes to fighting. Fighting is about mob numbers and having the mob equipped with weapons. All influence is for is to determine who has control of a city/town. The person with the highest influence in a given area doesn't have to pay police protection for that given area.

*facepalm* Influence is just their turf influence totaled. As long as you have a higher mob with a high enough attack to beat his defense, then you'll be fine.
