The requirements are 120-3100 mob members. There's a guy pushing in on my buddy who literally just started this game about 5 days ago the player keeps attacking him maliciously I've played about a week and still am not big enough we need a bigger crew member to help us out please and thank you

I'd ask why is the target of your vendetta inactive? He's obviously NOT attacking anybody because he would level up if he did.

The target of your vendetta has 352 mob, less than any of the three of you already has. He also hasn't been active since 2014. Why call a vendetta on him? What am I missing here?
