Please, I've had some turf stolen and donot want the culprit to get away lightly. I can't declare a vendetta, but I'm sure there are people out there who like to farm other players.................

No vendetta, then don't post.
As for the bully, lvl16s are instant targets. When they have little mob, they attract callers like dust on plastic. Mob up, level up, and simply make more turfs :V
