To attack 2 players who are half your level is low. To attack in the middle of the night lower. To attack Someone in your own mob, lowest. My boyfriend and I started playing 2-3 weeks ago. Blackfish001 has done all these and is taking our turf. Please help bring him down

Level really doesn't mean much beyond what your cap limit is (how many turf can be capped from you in a 24hr period by any player) and if you receive protection from the Don.
This is a worldwide game. As such, you might be attacked at any time during the day.
Mob is just a number. It does NOT infer any type of allegiance towards one another.
