I declared a vend agianst a lvl 76 guy who has taken my turf and I've decided to try to take it back

Turf are destroyed when a vendetta is used to cap them.

The levels don't really mean so much. What you need to compare if your mob vs. his mob and the weapons you both have.

His mob is more than mine, as long as he doesn't have my turf I'm okay with destroying them

He hasn't played in over two years and all his turf is under 86 influence. Just tax him
