Leave his turf alone, many people would like to tax them and then some others will get angry at you capping them. Take it from me, those high mob veterans will cap your ass in a day.

If trouble arises I can stop attacking him, I doubt he has close buddies watching his back while he is inactive, and if he does I'll stop attacking or as you said they'll cap my ass off xD

You don't get to keep any of the turf from a vendetta they are destroyed. You only need three hundred mob to beat him without help. Punch some codes. But capping him will only hurt your income.
