So when does it become excessive? More than 50 hits at one time?

This is a fighting game. Attacking you & not your turf is no reason to start a vendetta, unless the attacks are excessive. (While excessive is a matter of opinion, I'd say less than 50 at one time is not cause for a vendetta.)**Mob is just a number, not an alliance; it doesn't matter if you attack mob members! It's the size of your mob & how they are equipped that matters. Level, influence, experience, etc. do not affect your attack & defense.
Mob up! If you punch codes, you should easily be able to get 1,000 new mob members every 2 weeks. It should be even faster if your mob is under 5,000. If you don't like to punch codes or are unwilling to, then accept the fact that you will be capped often. No one wants to keep coming to the aid of someone who won't punch codes. A vendetta should never take the place of mobbing up.

Yeah read that you agree with mystery, does anybody else have an opinion? What is the general consensus?

I woke up to 161 attacks and a few turf missing and that pretty much set the tone for the day

Sounds like a stam dump. If the pattern continues it might be bullying.

Have woken up to 1,000+ turf attacks as part of small/medium scale fighting.
As far as Mystery's post from 2010, remember it's from 2010. Many players would probably agree that 50 is a pretty low number. Many players would gladly trade 50 attacks for the beating they took over days or weeks as their turf was systematically capped to nothing.
Always take the high ground in your conversations and make friends/allies with influential mobsters when possible. It'll help you in the long run. Spending on turf limit and spreading your turf geographically can also help.

This question can't be answered without context. "Excessive" depends upon the circumstances.

What is the this you are referring to?Bullying is harassing someone harshly and all the time. Getting attacked or capped a lot of time in a game isn't bullying.

Capping a least once a day and then tearing the turfs down immediatly been going on for at least a couple weeks now been fighting back as best I can but the guy has 5 times my mob so I'll run out of shoes and heads eventually.

Lay low, dont act, and maybe it will stop.But then it might not...
