Punch about 200-300 codes a day mob up buy weapons and take them back or send him a private message and try to talk it out

Get Grenades, Galesis and Kevlar vests for all your mob and ALWAYS keep them up. Highest no upkeep so keep for backup. Then build up and keep Body Armor. Then check Belial's weapons thread and decide what route on upkeep weapons you want to go.
