my turf keeps getting capped by this local guy near me. Ive tried reasoning with him but he just wont stop capping my turf. Ive had enough id like to get some help

You've been playing since at least November 2010. I just find it amazing that you have 861 mob for that amount of time. Yes, it's true that punching isn't mandatory, but this is an example why one should punch codes.
