Yep, you have a bigger mob than him. Lapuas, body armor, and steel toed shoes for you mob. Punch codes for a bit and you can destroy him yourself.

Seems Neath is taking everyone's bases. Contact the original owners of his turf and see if you can get a group together to beat him down once and for all.
