So basically from what I understand based off of what you told me is that one day randomly unprovoked he capped you and took your turf. Than some months go by and he reappeared and began doing it again, this time you asked him/her to please leave you alone and there response to you was to take even more turf from you and subsequently keep doing so as we speak anytime you attempt to plant turf is this correct?

Okay so here's the stats in case anyone is wondering. Also just to note: I'm not the op, just not sure if the op has figured out he needs more details in his post.
The op is PIKEFACE- his mob is 624 with an influence of 6 I believe, currently 0 turf as it keeps getting taken/destroyed by bully in question. The bully is !ADDFAAD? Who has a mob of 1,718 and currently 83 turf some of which were belonging to PIKEFACE. I forget what his influence is already. Location is Salem,OR.
