There are to many hoods in my area it looks like a carnival in my area. I say we all work together to take over other areas then we'll break off the parts of those areas for the hoods to own. Money comes through, missions active, well everybody's getting paid & if your in somebody elses hood for to long pay while your there for protection on yourself

That's the way you want it to be. You're not supposed to take over an area and keep it to yourself.
