I did nothing to this guy, he threatened to cap me for "whining" about MONEY who caps inactives and he's claiming I cussed him out, when I pointed out I didn't do it until after he threatened to cap me, he said that no one would know or care. There is no point in making a V, I'm so much smaller than him. It's Nightwing and I just need help.

A vendetta with no target is pointless, only makes you weaker. The target has to be there for 24 hours before it's active

I can't make a V, his mob's too high. He basically called me a whiney bitch because I reported Money for capping inactives. I said that since I was punished for capping 2 inactives a long time ago, he should have some retribution. He said he was going to hop across several states to cap me out of a few cities. I said I was reporting him for defending inactive cappers. He said no one would believe me. I said f- you to him. He said he was only threatening me because I cussed him out. I then said I only cursed at him after he threatened me twice. He said "Oops my bad, too bad for you."

He renewed his assault today. He deleted my pm's and is spreading lies about me, saying I cussed at him.

I only swore at you after you started leveling me. I didn't do anything wrong and I'm not friends with Roy, he's been attacking me nonstop for 5 weeks.

I dropped the V because I couldn't target him. And he has failed to present evidence saying I cussed him out before he attacked me, since he deleted all of my pm's. This logically can't be my fault in any way.
