Hey this guy came in around 2-3 days ago and has captured 4 of my turf and is killing me! I need some help and fast!

Relax, 4 turf isn't the end of the world. Mind your manners, and try to stay out of his way. You may need to tear down some turf and move. Please keep us updated in the coming days.

Well the thing is I have been in the same spot for 4 years.. And all of a sudden I'm getting attacked

I wouldn't call 4 turf bullying by any means. If this is the first time, I'd call you very fortunate, though your fight ratio seems to tell a bit if a different story. This is a war game and sometimes being attacked in unavoidable. After four years of playing, you have not prepared yourself well, mob-wise, to fend off attackers. Since you have not given a name, or at very least, a mob range of your assailant.. It's hard to say whether or not you can easily handle this yourself.

Lost any more turf?

✋ I think this is about me.
- I capped 2 turf.
- he sent me a message calling me a bully because I am level 115
- I capped 2 more turf and informed him that level had nothing to do with it
- He let me know that he hadn't played for a while but had recently started back up and to leave him alone
- no communications or captured turf since

No this is a bold face lie! You capped 2 turf after I told you I was just starting up! Why would I post this if you hadn't capped anymore turf?

Lol. Pretty sure I capped them before, but I could be wrong. Either way, the capture count would be 4. As mentioned by others, that's not bullying and not a big deal.
