Please help I'm getting caped out by a punk who says its fun and gives him a good laugh to see players lose all there progress. He has stolen to many turf from me already and won't stop!

You can out mob this guy in a week. It's like a 1700 mob difference. Punch 3400 codes. That's about 340 minutes, or less than 6 hours. I know what you're thinking.. Boy do I wish I had spent ANY time over the last year of my gameplay punching codes. Boy, I sure am a cotton headed ninny muggins for not punching a little bit over the course of the last year. Time to make a couple friends too.

Looks like you capped some other players pretty good yourself, some Vincent guy lost quite a few to you.
So it is ok to cap others as long as it is you who is doing it?
