This thread is still here. Jesus who cares. Guy capped some inactives. That "rule" is a holdover from the days when there weren't many players. Lots of larger players cap inactives themselves yet no one polices them. Go tell Zraygo and Free Mason what to do see how that works out for you. For the record I've capped inactives here and there myself. Couple in my own home town as a matter of fact.
Though silent assassin you could tone down the insults. Just makes you look childish. But this whole thread is a joke. Mystery doesn't need any help smashing someone I'm sure her 70k+ mob is capable of handling things. -

I pm'ed this to Grimm earlier:
Inactives aren't a hold-over. There are still plenty of places that don't have enough people to make max income. I also search out groups of inactives to tax, rather than taxing active people. They're also good for newer players to tax (especially those under 86 inf).
Silent-Assassin didn't just cap a few inactives. He capped at least 75 (according to his count) in just 1 small city of the many he was in. He's now going around destroying every inactive & small player he can.
There are a lot of inactives that have 3k mob or less.

Yea criminal he's large enough to push out new players and cap most inactives. He doesn't have to be big to make a difference in this game. Idk about everyone else but I like seeing new people in the forums.
