U know capping inactive players and the big player capping you makes the game more fun. Plus you make A ton of money. I made about 15 billion on 250 turfs well above my limit. Somebody said it was bad business, but I think it works well.

I will simmer down - going to the water park again! My neighbor is taking me and my friends. FUN :)
Can this game be played on a ipad 1? I use my sisters ipad to play but my dad said he will buy an ipad on eBay. Ipad 1 is much cheaper

These types of players rarely reform. Your only hope is to remove her from any areas where you care about the economy. After that, you either try & get her stuck somewhere she can't cap her way out of (because she's over limit) or you cap her out entirely.
