Why not say their name? Only way people will be willing to offer help because we can search them up and see their info and if its completely unfair then we help. If its one of those incidents where they capped turf that wasn't even yours in the first place then..... You're on your own. Especially if they're not even that big

I just learned something new. Even in a V with no target, there isn't an inf requirement to cap you. (No, I didn't cap him, just looked at his turf.)
