Your just going to have to deal with it. It's better to have a 1 influence turf because its less likely to be capped. I found out the hard way why it's not a good idea to have an 86 influence turf at an airport.

What kind of help are you looking for? The best way to avoid being taxed is by moving your turf elsewhere.
Or you could pull a Jim Dirt: punch a few codes and cap everyone else out.

So what do you need? If you are getting taxed, move your turf. And make sure they are 86 inf.

Drop your influence to 1inf, you may not make much but it's better than being -ve.

I have 7 turf taxing a 1 inf turf and they only get a combined 1.7k. If that was an 85inf turf it would be negative income....

He used the "r" word so his turf have taken a beating. (I only caught some of them after they'd healed from being leveled.)
