He has moved a few turfs since buy he was just building turf over mine and a few other pol and making it hard to earn any money

Get ur turfs to 84 inf and it's no reason to start a vendetta against him

I agree. Your level 28 now but at level 30 you can go to 84 on your turfs. Spend this time plotting revenge and mobbing up!
