I am having trouble with Don Dad. I have influence in New South Wales. Don Dad has been attacking me since Sunday. Please help me

You're spot on ares. I tried messaging him with some advice on how to best go about the situation, I didn't even get a reply, just an invite to the V. This guy has no idea. He's not gonna punch codes. He just wants to play how he wants to play and that's a losing game.
