I've got a Capo in my town and all of the ones around it that is constantly taxing me threatening and taking my capo. I'd really like some help getting him out of my town. He has about 10,000 mob. I only have 1,000 so I'm not strong enough to do it myself. He is in most cities along I-75 in Kentucky.

A capo is no reason to start a vendetta. You won't get much support for a reason like that. Capos are earned and you must be big enough to defend it if you want to keep it. Besides, you already said he is everywhere you are in Kentucky. What would happen when your V expires in a week? He would take revenge on you. My advice is to try and work it out with him, hop away for safety and goto invitecodematrix.com and start punching codes to mob up.
