Bearface(esf) (search e$f and you will find him) is capping me to limit. Helping out this little guy would be appreciated. I've asked him to stop with no response. Just more capping.

Capping an inactive your size, smaller, bigger etc is in most everyone's eyes wrong. Cappin an active player smaller is okay. Keep in mind that smaller player may have bigger friends. Active players can plant, hop, cap, punch yada yada yada. Inactives don't. Don't cap inactives. Simple as that.
