The sad part is, DOLAN doesnt care about turf. He only needs private messages and a forum to have fun. I completely leveled his turf down to 4 a few weeks ago. He doesnt attempt to rebuild. He just enjoys trolling via PM's and Vendetta forum. This is at least his 3rd attempt here to get a V going, as if our two message walls werent self explanatory...

You'd need to get that from Kneecaps, I have pasted what is publicly on their walls. Which is Kneecaps "copying" messages from DOLAN.
What I find hard to understand is why Kneecaps was doing this 11 weeks ago and why if there are lies on your wall you left them there.
At this point I'm thinking Kneecaps is correct. The amount of dedication to this is that of a smaller player with a chip on their shoulder. Most larger players have a lot better things to be doing than picking on one noob, be it hopping, capping a turf here or there, mobbing up or being caught in a war.

this has gone way too far and I will be submitting this issue to customer service in the hopes that they will intervene and resolve this once and for all, specifically regarding terms of service section letter I, paragraphs (a.) and (9.).
This goes way beyond normal gameplay. DOLAN is a sociopath. I dont know how much more patient a player has to be with someone, but I think ignoring him for 4 weeks while my turf was attacked on almost a daily basis in the hopes he would just go away is above and beyond. I have repeatedly tried being diplomatic asking him to quit. that only excites him. yelling at him excites him. ignoring him doesnt phase him. levelling all but 4 of his turf doesnt phase him because all he needs is a Vendetta forum and a wall to post on to get his kicks.
So lets just let customer service hash it out and let the chips fall where they may. But my Bull-Shit-O-Meter is in the red. My patience is exhausted with all of this.

There is an 11 week history of messages in this conflict. The high points are cut and pasted to my wall. DOLAN finally appears to have wised up and deleted the evidence from his wall. If there is any evidence you want that is not specifically addressed via my comments wall, let me know and I'll try to find something to share.

Let me reiterate, I could care less about the petty turf attacks. He has no chance of hurting me. He loses every time he attacks me. However, having to defend myself against his third fabricated vendetta gets old fast, because he has a chance (albeit a very slim chance) of duping other players into joining a vendetta where they could do actual harm. The gist of my complaint here is that it never ends. He has stated via PM that his sole intention is to harass and annoy. He has stated via PM that getting a reaction out of me is what entertains him. So, I didnt react or speak to him for almost a month and nothing changed. Daily turf attacks. PM's asking why I wont fight back. Attempts to form a vendetta. Its just neverending to the tune of 11 weeks now.

DOLAN is now trolling with the same m.o. with his second account under the name will020500. Multiple turf attacks by a 600 mob player and will not respond when I ask him what the problem is. He then has the balls to tell me to leave him alone when I attack his turf back.
I make my prediction now that will020500 will be in the vendetta forum soon claiming that I am bullying him the same way DOLAN claimed he was bullied by my mere existance.

quite a while ago, he claimed he had another account which he used to make money and didnt care what i did to his DOLAN account. whatever his 2nd acnt name is, its not new.
This is just my prediction of events to come...will020500 in the v forum singing the same sad song DOLAN did.
