Galesi, armor and meat cleaver. You don't want the upkeep at your level.

Punch codes and grow your mob. You want to aim for a minimum of 100 per level as a starting point.

I found the best source of codes was invitecodematrix.com

You can do like Hyena has said, then hop out of this guys range. You'll have time to build up some cash and mob. Plant turf neamunich many unique mobsters turfs as possible to earn the maximum allowed per 86 influence turf.
