1) PM the other players who he has been capping turf off for support.

2) if you can't get enough support, move your turf out of his reach.

3) think about what you are going to do when the V is finished.... And what is he going to do....

looks like he likes to collect capos. if thats all its about let him have it and rebuild. try and contact him thru a local that might help you. when your v is over in a week he is still going to be much bigger than you. you need a more permanent solution. if you cant find peace get away from him and start punching a lot.
